• Check-in time is at 2 p.m. Check-out time is at 11 a.m.
• Guests must be 25 years of age to rent.
• Weekend rates apply to all weekday holiday periods. On select weekends, including all weekends in May through October, a minimum stay of 2 or more nights is required.
• All prices are based on 2 guests per room. There is an additional charge of $10 per additional guest per night ages 4 and over.
• All reservations are subject to confirmation. Reservations are considered commitments for the entire stay.
• A one night deposit may be taken on all reservations. A one night deposit is required on all weekend reservations between May 15th and November 15th, and all reservations between July 1st and September 5th.  A 95% refund of your deposit will be made if we are notified of cancellations at least one week in advance. Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival date will be refunded subject to the re-rental of the accommodation for your entire reservation period.
  

Cancellation Policies

95% of deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 7 or more days prior to reservation start date. If cancelled within one week of arrival, guest is responsible for the entire reservation.
